無駄 · waste
muda
muda is Japanese for waste. It measures where your delivery pipelines lose time and names the waste behind each slow step. Your coding agent then fixes it, one pull request at a time, and every claim cites the run, job, step or file it came from.
muda is one Go binary that reads your pipeline history, plus five skills that guide your agent through measure, diagnose, fix and verify. The agent stops at each checkpoint for your approval.
the problem
When a pipeline gets slow, its logs show which step takes the time, but not why. The cause is usually work that could have been skipped: an image built twice, a cache that never warms, a build run under emulation, or checks run again on code that already passed them. Fixing it means finding that cause first, and making sure no merge or deploy gate gets weaker along the way.
the loop
Each step, its checkpoint and what it records: the loop.
install
$ curl -fsSL https://muda.tools/install.sh | sh
Then install the skills for your agent and start in a GitHub repository. The docs have every step.
